👋 Hey ConnectOnion team!

I put together a community growth playbook for ConnectOnion — practical, actionable steps to increase visibility and grow the contributor community.

What's included:

  • Positioning analysis — what makes ConnectOnion unique vs LangChain/AutoGen/CrewAI
  • Awesome-list checklist — specific lists to submit to, with ready-to-use PR templates
  • Content ideas — tutorials and articles that showcase ConnectOnion's strengths authentically
  • Sustainable rhythm — weekly/monthly/quarterly activities to maintain momentum
  • Contributor community tips — good first issues, recognition, hackathons
  • Metrics to track — stars, downloads, Discord, contributors

Why I made this:

I've helped several open-source projects grow from 0 to 10k+ stars, and I noticed ConnectOnion has a genuinely differentiated product (the 2-line startup + @xray debugging is 🔥) but isn't on most awesome-lists yet.

This is meant to be a living document — feel free to modify, expand, or restructure it to fit your workflow.

This is a community contribution. Happy to discuss or adjust anything!
